Wade, Dan, and Desiree from the Archery Country Rogers location talk all about broadheads. We start with the factors to consider when buying a broadhead. We dive into a few different scenarios, how the right broadhead/arrow match and tune is the best way to get accuracy. We talk about the pros and cons of both fixed-blade broadheads and mechanical broadheads.
We talk briefly about broadheads for crossbows and over-the-top expandable broadheads.
Then the guys cover what they plan on using for broadheads this year. We chat a bit about shot placement and how different people react differently in the heat of the hunt.
We end the podcast with broadhead stories, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
